7. The board of directors of the sector-based association is composed of at least 10 members, half of whom are elected or appointed by the Association of Building Contractors of Québec and half by the representative associations as defined in the Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry (chapter R-20).
The Commission may name the members of the board of directors who have not been, in this way, elected or appointed.
